Confronting person sneaking into secure apartment entry?

When leaving a building that requires a security key or to be buzzed in, and another person is waiting outside, would you ever bother confronting this person who obviously has no means of legitimately entering the building (calling a resident or having a key of their own)?

It's one thing to hold the door for someone, but I find it suspicious when the person has been waiting, feigning disinterest, then making a quick dash to grab the door when someone else it passing through. I'd imagine most people would brush it off, but doesn't this defeat the purpose of a security door to begin with? What if your girlfriend lived in this building, and you just let in a sketchy character? Is there any circumstance in which you'd confront the sneaky sneaker?

Don't let him/her in.

That's why George always tips Ralph $20, to keep the riffraff out of his building.
