Only if VHS cases covered in cat urine and litter box dust with a hearty mix of dirt stuck to orange soda stains becomes highly sought after. You know, real museum quality stuff.

I suppose you never know what those hipsters are going to want next.

They want Pabst Blue Ribbon, so it could happen.

Re: Landlords on my case about my cleanliness!

I've actually bought a few LD players from the Bay in the last couple of months. Non-working ones, get 'em for like 50 bucks. Replace the belt, lube up the working parts, flip 'em for 3x or more what I paid for them.

As for cleanliness, I tackled the top shelf of my entertainment center, right below the TV. It was getting Smithee-like (although the center speaker was not propped up on 35mm film cores...) in terms of dust, and accumulating random AV items for a while now. Took off everything, and cleaned the shelf, pared down the items to just the speaker and my X-box (and got rid of that stupid Kinect I never use). Some items that I don't use but don't want to just trash went into the garage, but a lot did end up in the garbage receptacle anyway. Looks much nicer. Especially the poor dusty plastic Hypnotoad I keep just below the TV, so I can always watch an episode of Everybody Loves Hypnotoad if nothing else is on.
