Re: Malaysian Airlines Flight to China disappears carrying 239 passengers (4 American
My hypothesis is that the plane accidently flew too high up in the sky and got sucked into outer space.
I e-mailed my thoughts to CNN and they're interviewing me on-air at the top of the hour.

Send one dollar to Happy Dude, 742 Evergreen Terrace, Springfield.

A week ago people were afraid to utter "terrorism" on television and now it has all been but conceded this was an act of undetermined terrorism. I understand the sensitivities of the current media, but the upper levels of the Intelligence community in China and the United States almost certainly know what has happened. The public is on a need-to-know basis if the passengers are already dead. The search would be a lot more frantic by the US military if the powers that be didn't already know the plane's ultimate destiny.

It was another example of a plane out of radar range and only reporting in at checkpoints by long range radio. All they had was last checkpoint and ETA for next checkpoint.

That happens to opposition leaders a lot. Some chauffeur comes out of nowhere and says, "We had a homosexual affair!" and the government pounces. The opposition leader is jailed and disgraced. The accuser is never heard from again.

Well I for one will not be baking a cake...or a pie for that pilot. Sheesh!

Unless both pilots were involved, we'd have more proof of a conspired terrorism incident. But, we just don't know until we hear about it...in the news.
There's always the possibility a conflict happened on MH370 between one pilot and the other (or passengers and the pilot), and the plane flew on auto until it ran out of fuel, then crashed.

Well, if the current leading theory is true, if the pilot was smart enough to do what we've been told, he's smart enough to know how much fuel he has, and there is little point in heading out to sea and running out of gas without at least telling the world why, for your cause. He would be going somewhere in range. If he did attempt a water landing, there was probably someone waiting in the area.

If some of the passengers cell phones that were still ringing after the "disapearence", couldn't they be tracked somehow? Especially if the had the Iphones with tracking on them. i would assume they could get an idea of where the calls went to. At least until the plane "landed" in some remote area.

Hols is brit slang for "Holiday" (vacation). I'm guessing her holiday is larger than most.

If they simply find wreckage out in the ocean, this will go down as a sad mystery. I'm really hoping something more is learned in the next few days.

Forgive me if this was posted earlier (scanned the last few pages and didn't find it) but one interesting theory, that it trailed another 777 that was in the area and that's why we think it disappeared where it did rather than possibly going a ways further away. Not sure of the validity of the guys claims but an interesting read at the very least.

Well, at the risk of getting lampooned with cartoon characters again, I think it's obvious that someone had a plan. And the plan either involved
1. Taking the plane and landing it somewhere to start the next phase
2. Taking the plane off route to slam it into something (ex 911)
3. A suicide trip
#3 makes the least sense. If its a suicide, you don't turn off the transponders and bank hard to the left. You just fucking take the thing down.
#1 is insane and seemingly impossible. But given the ineptitude of the governments and military over there, perhaps this person knew how to to achieve it. He knew how to circumvent the radar and communications systems.
#2 is possible. If the person banked left, he could have taken it around and hit some target in Malaysia. The co-pilot of other person could have forced a struggle which left the plane careening out of control in altitude. Then the thing goes on auto-pilot until it runs out of fuel because the pilots are dead for whatever reason. Perhaps the pilot killed the co-pilot?
I'm either leaning toward #2 or our intelligence agencies are incapable of finding a Boeing 777 that landed in Asia.

Could still be a pilot suicide with a very specific place where he wanted to die, like way out in the middle of the Indian Ocean where people can't find you, instead of just downing it in the South China Sea.
