No Christmas bonus...
However I do get one at the end of our fiscal year. |

Since I don't get bonuses for Xmas - would you guys mind letting us know what industry you're in? Sales commissions, and company profit sharing don't really count as Xmas bonuses imo...
Profit sharing isn't guaranteed, but hopefully it happens 1st qtr next yr. |
Re: Christmas Bonus 2012 edition
My boss usually gives the paid staff a gift card of around $25 or so but it's both unexpected and unnecessary, especially since it comes right out of his own pocket. I was surprised that he got me one this year because he's now our little girl's godfather and he got her a Christmas gift which is plenty, if you ask me. As for where I work, we're a nonprofit and I can't see us choosing to do some sort of official Christmas bonus, really.

Re: Christmas Bonus 2012 edition
Yeah, I work at a non-profit as well and can't really imagine a Christmas bonus. We have traditionally gotten bonus days off around the holidays (3 days this year, as many as 5 in some years), but my understanding is that this is the last year we'll be offered those.
