According to the Hollywood Reporter, she got into an altercation with "X Factor" finalist Stacy Francis on Thursday at an event where she was said to be acting "belligerent."

You guys need to lighten up. I'm taking no pleasure in her death. Really don't care. I have zero sympathy for addicts though.

I'm just saying that, as far as I know, most addicts don't kick their addiction so it's no surprise that Whitney Houston died young, most likely from a drug overdose. Drug addicts die young. It's just how it is.

Hard to believe that she's been in the music business for almost 30 years and not counting soundtracks, holiday albums she only has 6 studio albums. Such a waste. I was a fan of her music up until around 1995, then I just didn't care anymore, especially after she married Bobby Brown, started doing drugs and behaving erratically.

I hope she finds peace on the other side. RIP Whitney Houston.

Once again, hard to feel sorry for someone who's been given a huge opportunity for a great life and had so much financial security - but chose to just throw it away on drugs. Stupidity is the word for it.
