This was the after picture. The butt got right at 12 hours using a mix of apple, cherry, and hickory. I didnít time the slab, but if I had to guess it was probably in the smoker 5 or 6 hours.

I applaud China for getting in the spirit! Itís July and itís Texas. Time to stay up late and smoke that pig.

#[email protected]* me! Was going to smoke a pork butt, some ribs, and some chicken today ... and I open up the smoker to find it covered it mold again.

Been cooking it all day, headed out to power wash it again. I guess we’ve been grilling so much I didn’t realize it had been a few months.
