Always be kind. If they deserve it then they'll be happy and if they don't then it will just piss them off to no end. Win/win

When are you going to find a nice (non-psychotic) girl and settle down? And call your mother more often.

I think one may sneak up on me before I realize she is sane....and hopefully it will be too late for me to find a way to screw it up.

Everything goes in cycles. If you procrastinate long enough, you'll get a second chance.

If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience…

I used to feel the same, but I then realized it saves the trouble of having to actually converse with stupid people, so it is, in fact, a good thing.

As a renter, this is sound advice.

Also as a renter, never believe landlords.

If you get tired, pull over.

If you get hungry, eat something.

Go that way. Really fast. If something gets in your way...turn.

Learn the proper use of the apostrophe, and you will always have people to feel superior to.

Also, the semicolon; it's a great tool, and most folks don't know how it works.

EDITED TO ADD: I'm only quoting Mrs. Danger because she also mentioned puncuation, not because she needs a semicolon; her sentence is puncuated wonderfully.
