Heavy drinking can attribute to that kinda thing.
Did you check to see if he peed in the guest bed?

To the OP: if you can afford to throw out every towel that gets a little ick on it, you must be loaded. Granted, what the guy did was gross but you're making way too much out of it. Wash the towel in hot water and get on with life.

The guy's a lawyer. Place an anonymous call to his office. Describe what happened, and ask if you've got grounds for a lawsuit against the offending party.

Why does it matter if the guy is a lawyer?

Also the OP just needs to just wash it and get over it. As others have stated if you really had a problem you should have voiced your opinion.

It matters because his point was to ask the lawyer (the offending party) if there was a case against the offending party (the lawyer).

Because if he were an interior designer, it'd be silly to call his office and ask about filing suit against someone.
