I still call out my ex-wife's name in bed...even though I've been divorced for years.
So I had my current girlfriend legally change her name so I wouldn't have to keep being corrected.

From the world of politics: For my entire life, until very recently, democrats were always associated with the color red, and republicans with blue. (Really!) Then (apparently) a few years ago, some networks during election coverage decided to make the 'official' color associations, except they got it backwards--blue was now the democrat color and red for republicans. So now, when someone refers to a 'red state' my initial thought is that it means a democratic state until I think it through, and vice-versa for 'blue states.' Annoying as hell, I tell ya!
This isn't a "permanent" change, but I've found that it's amazingly difficult to remember to look the OTHER way when crossing the street in the UK and other countries that drive on the left side of the road. I mean, I know I'm in the UK, and I know that they drive on the other side of the road, so I have to look the other way when crossing... But at least a hundred times during a week's vacation I'll have to stop myself just before I step off the "kerb", because I've caught myself looking in the wrong direction at the last moment. It's such an ingrained behavior that it's REALLY hard to break!
It's almost like when the electricity is out for some reason, and you KNOW that it's out because you've been sitting in the dark for the past 5 hours... but you still flip the light switch when you walk into a room. Ya know?

Sports teams that weren't around when I was a child.
Drives me nuts. When there's a football game between say, the Tennessee Titans and Baltimore Ravens, it's like a movie with made-up teams.
And I'll also agree on the WWE/WWF thing. And on the wrestling front, they've pretty much given up any pretense that professional wrestling is "real" in any way, shape, or form. I remember when, back in the WWF days with Rowdy Roddy Piper, Andre the Giant, and Hulk Hogan, you always knew it was fake, but the wrestling industry always played it straight. Now it's pretty much theater.

"Sports Authority" will always be "Gart Bros." to me.
"Ultimate Electronics" will always be "Soundtrack".
"Invesco Field at Mile High" will always be "Mile High Stadium"
I still call the two NFL teams the L.A. Raiders and the L.A. Rams half the time.

My master's degree is from Minnesota State University - Mankato, the new name of Mankato State University. But when I tell people I went to MSU they think I mean Moorehead. *sigh*

CourtTV changing to TruTV hasn't sunk in yet.
Maybe not the same, but related: I don't like it when people refer to the current president as "George Bush." I have to include the "W." because his father came first and will always be "George Bush" to me.
Also, I still call Sony's first console the "PlayStation," not the PS1.

Same here for WWF (even though I stopped watching long before the name change) and Price Club.
Also, my age. Generally within a three month window of my birthday, if one were to ask my age, I'd probably will give my age as one year younger, then awkwardly follow with, "Oh wait, I mean..."

I mean I get it, but it's taking some serious concentration.
It helps to keep reminding myself that Women will do anything for a man with Money, Olympic Gold, and Fame.

I still call concert halls by their old names even though many of them have new sponsors, so the names have changed.
For example:
The Palace is now Avalon.
Irvine Meadows is now Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre.
Universal Amphitheatre is now Gibson Amphitheatre.
I'll never get used to calling them by these new names.
