Am I the only one who doesn't think teenage girls are hot?

I'm 34 now and it's been a long time since I've found teenage girls to be attractive. Mainly because they're stupid and young and their personalities are dirt.

It seems pretty common around here for the DOM to oggle random near-celebrity teens and tweens waiting for them to become "legal" -- it kinda makes me sick. I didn't even know what a Hanna Montana was until I came here.

I mean, to each his own - but I always feel like I'm way outside of the norm by not giving a shit when some Saturday morning Disney channel actress turns 18. To be quite frank, when I'm out and about I can't even stomach having a conversation with a girl who is younger than about 25ish. They just seem like children to me and I hate children.

Just me? Anyone else?

I'm at the age where I still find 17 year olds to be attractive. Worthwhile for a relationship, no. But attractive, yes.

I only date women atleast 19 and older.. but as I've come to learn age is nothing more than a number with most people in society. I've met girls in high school with a better head on their shoulders than women 5 years my senior.

Most of them make my head explode. I can usually cope for a weekend with a 19-22 yr old, but even the early to mid 20's are usually too flaky and vapid for me....but they sure do look purdy.

I don't know how old you are, but for me - age is definitely more than a number. It represents how long a person has been alive to experience different things and I haven't identified with anyone in their early 20s or found any value in them at all in the last 5 years.

Says the guy who introduced us to that silly age difference dating formula.

The defense rests.

Are we talking looks or personality here? Looks-wise, what's not to like? Relationship-wise, they're probably going to be flaky and immature, but that's expected for that age.

I guess in general - I find no value in their company and beyond the fact that they look like children playing dress-up to me, my memory of banging younger girls (back when I was young as well) tells me that they are all worthless in the sack as well.

I guess I just see them all as children and I don't really get the sexual attraction. Maybe it's something to do with it being a generation of kids brought up on convenience and internet social networking... there's a disconnect.

Why on earth would you think guys are waiting for a girl to become "legal" so they can have a relationship with them?

I think guys around here (and everywhere) monitor the countdowns to when semi-celeb chicks are turning 18 so they can continue to drool and say inappropriate sexual things about them - or else just see naked pictures of them.

Correct.

So...what's the point of the thread?

Trying to figure out what the point of the thread is.

If its to ask, are there guys that do not think hot teens are attractive? I am sure they are out there.

I'm in my 30's, and I appreciate the 'eye candy' aspect of a hot teen. Relationship material? Of course not.

I think that it's normal for men in their twenties, thirties, forties, fifties (etc) to think a teen girl is hot (as per you thread title) and maybe want to bang the hell out of her, but not necessarily want to have anything else to do with her (a relationship, or even much of a conversation). Men can look at women (teens) and find them sexually arousing without worrying about how mature they are (or anything else about them, for that matter).

If you're connecting finding someone physically attractive/arousing to anything else (who cares?), then that's where you lose me.
