The corn dog diet

Some things take conviction and dedication to complete. Some lack perseverance in matters of health, exercise, and personal well-being. But these things are worth fighting for.

It is with this in mind that I am dedicating myself to the corn dog diet. I will eat at least one corn dog every day until the huge box of frozen corn dogs that i just bought is empty. And it's a big box.

I encourage you to join me in this task. Get your own box of corn dogs, though.

Let's take bets on which quits first. Your heart or your colon.

Go buy a digital camcorder, film this, and give me 10% of the profit as I am now the producer.

One corn dog a day? Big whoop. One or two for each meal sounds like more of a "diet", Spurlock.

Eat them for every meal. Like Numanoid said. Just water and Corn Dogs until that box is dry. You know you want to.

Had two for lunch. While I appreciate the lips, the assholes are a little tough.

You all fail to understand the beauty of moderation. We will all die, in moderation. I will die having eaten more corndogs than you.

Corn dogs are sounding really good right now. I'm having my second of the day in a few minutes. While the commitment is only to one, as with all good diets, the more you stick to it, the better.

this?

For us non-Americans: what are corn dogs?
A corn dog is a hot dog on a stick, dipped in a cornmeal batter and deep-fried to a crisp, greasy goodness.

but really there's only half as many corn dogs as you think because any sane person stops eating the corn dog once you hit the stick and it starts to taste different

BLASPHEMY!

Now I'm craving corndogs!

Any time I'm asked what I want to eat, my first response is always "corndogs." It goes back to being a college freshman working as a busboy at a Mexican restaurant and my female floor supervisor, who gave me the HOT, catching me off guard with her request for what I wanted to eat that night. I don't know why I said corndogs, which were not available on our menu, but she thought it was hilarious and made sure to share my request with the rest of the staff. It became a running joke within the restaurant and ended up infused in my mind. I honestly cannot shake it!

When I married the wifey, my only wedding gift from her was a big box of corndogs from Costco!

Yeah, I married one of the good ones!

After reading this thread, I'm glad that I currently have a box of corn dogs in my freezer.

Once you're done with the box, you might as well go whole-hog and make your own:
