I've been asked to direct a rap video...

...and I'm definitely going to do it. It'll be a change of pace for me, as I haven't filmed anything for a while (since November), and I'm used to filming shorts and I did that sitcom last year.

Good times. I guess since it's a rap video, I'm going to have to get some sluts in the background.

Has anyone made a joke about scantily clad women?

Because that would be original and hilarious.

I shouldn't think so. They're more of a rock band aren't they?

I think you ought to use my artwork in the video.

But, that's just me.

Just using a fisheye lens makes anything a rap video.

You need to pick an item to make popular (say some BCP gear for the heck of it). I stick to my theory if you need something to be "hot or now" put it in a rap video and you're set!

RUNE Good is the artist. His song that we'll be filming for is 'The Greatest'.

We haven't talked budget yet. I have an idea package that I'll be presenting to him over the weekend, which I'm sure he'll like. His production company has all of the equipment I need, so we're set there.

you should rent nice cars and jewelry so the broke-ass rap artist can pretend to be a 'balla' in the video...

like most of the rap videos do...

Since this is exactly what the lyrics call for, I'd go 180 and portray him as a homeless guy or something. You know, irony. Something sorely lacking in rap music videos.
