I generally scored better with a longer timer.

My score was 97 wpm, what did you get?

On IM or in email I'm pretty fast but I barely scored a 50 on that stupid test.

I got 83, I did it a few times, and that was my best. I used to be better, but I am at home, and just have the keyboard on my lap, so I am not using good posture anyway.

The zebra one seemed really difficult to me, for some reason. Got a 61. In my past "official" typing tests, I've gotten around 75-80.

88 wpm, 94% accuracy. I didn't realize I could backspace and correct the misspelled words until halfway through.

I would probably do better if my eyes were not dilated.

I was in the 60% range. Not too bad, I'd say since I only did it once and not under ideal typing conditions.

I took class in high school and I had 138 or 139 wpm without any error - only second to that asian guy with 140 wpm. 20 years later, I'm getting 124 with 3 errors. Oh, well...

About the same rate I was in typing class in high school, about 45-50 wpm -- at least I am consistent!

60 wpm w/98% accuracy

Same as when I took my last typing class, about seven years ago. I thought I had improved. Maybe I should switch to DVORAK.

97 WPM with 98% accuracy.

I have tested at speeds as high as 114 WPM in the past. However, when I graduated from secretarial school in 1984, I remember having to spend lots of extra time getting my speed up to 55 WPM so I could get my diploma. We used electric typewriters back then.
