More power to them! They must be doing something right since they are about the only airline making any money!

I saw a promo for "Dr. Phil" this morning and these two are going to be on the show today. Not sure if anyone really cares about this story anymore, but I figured that I'd throw that out there.

Southwest kicked someone off of our flight the other day because he used foul language. Not directed at anyone, just talking to some girls (not the woman who complained about him). I thought the girls were gonna get kicked off too, but I guess Southwest hit the quota for kicking pretty girls off.

They canceled my first flight for no reason and didn't offer any food vouchers or even have a supervisor talk to me in person. Then my second flight was 2 hours delayed, then we wwasted another hour as they came back to the gate to remove the above guy.

Last time I flew was American - they lost our plane in Atlanta on the return trip for 4 hours, the pilots were waiting with us in the terminal - also with no clue what was going on. We got no supervisor applogy, no food voucher, no flight voucher, just a very delayed flight that landed at 2:30 and left several people stranded at an empty airport w/o transportation to hotel, including several troops returning from over seas. I have NEVER had a problem with SW, but numerous with most other airlines.

Oh my god. What's the deal with the writer of that article? She belongs on radio.

"Long ago when I was in my ugly duckling phase..." Good grief, woman, the phase is far from over.
