What's the last (or most memorable) thing someone stole from you?

My Heart...

(That's happened a number of times to me, and it's like I never learn when it comes down to givin' it away to Women! )

But Seriously Folks...

The only thing I can ever remember anyone actually walking off with and or stealing from me -IN MY ENTIRE LIFE- was a vest and a couple ('2', to be exact) silk shirts, and it wasn't any big deal really. I'd have to say the repeated 'Heart-loss/Women' thing is the most memorable (and painful) hands down.

Now I'm not sure why (about the shirts & vest), but I was more shocked and stunned at the fact that someone would actually want to steal something from me, rather than the actual loss of clothes.

-Paul

Some neighborhood punks stole 2 pairs of Oakley glasses from my car when I moved it out to grill, and forgot to pull it in, or lock it!

My brother, on drugs, stole my first sunburst Epiphone Les Paul guitar and sold it for money to get a tattoo. I don't talk to him anymore.

Tattoo? I didn't see that coming. I was expecting you to say he sold it to buy more drugs.

For the past 20 years I thought I had given away two original Sex Pistol's promo posters to a old high school buddy of mine... I had bought the posters from a local record store back in 1984 (the store had these pinned to the walls for years, a God Save The Queen and Pretty Vacant). Well I just unearthed a box of posters I haven't looked at for years... and freaking eh, there they are mint and crisp as can be so I'm stoked!! It's like Christmas day!

The last robbery to hit my family was having the wifey's passenger window busted out in the parking lot at Target, so some jagoff could thief a gym bag sitting on the seat.

The wifey had taken the little ones swimming that day, so somebody made out like a bandit by acquiring 3 little girl swim suits, 3 beach towels, and some sun block...

A two-week old mountain bike, something for which I saved up a long time to buy. The bastards took it right out of my parents' garage.

^^Someone broke into my sisters car and stole a $50 ipod shuffle and the change out of her ashtray but left her $700 saddle sitting in the backseat. I'm so glad criminals are dumb.

Hey, we agree on something

someone broke into my garage, and stole a snowboard and bag (maybe worth $200 tops, less in its current condition). I had a $5k bike that was temporarily stored there locked with a crappy cable. But cable cutters or other tools were also in the garage that could have easily been used. The bike is back in its usual storage (inside) and is now insured

Not yet. It's been 3 years but I'm still hopeful. They're all in NCIC. They'll likely have to go through several hands before someone tries to pawn them at a legit shop.

The Glock was purchased during the hi-cap magazine ban, so the magazine is stamped "Law Enforcement Use Only". I'm sure some dealer is holding on to it as a trophy.

When I was a kid someone stole my Skyfire Tranformer and my Storm Shadow G.I. Joe. They took no mercy on me.
