I've had escargot, which I found absolutely disgusting.
When I was younger I was given Rocky Mountain oysters. I actually enjoyed those until I was told what they were.

I have had Moose Stew and Bear Sausage, those are about the most out of the ordinary. Both were very good.

Not being very adventurous when it comes to food, the weirdest thing I've had was bear.

In China recently I ate camel once (tasted like sandy ass - seriously). Had spicy snails. No big deal I'd had snails before in the USA just not quite like this. Ate chicken feet. Don't really understand the point of that. It's just cartilage. I found it rather bland unless you get them spicy. I probably ate some other weird stuff, but just forgot now. Dog was on the menu. I might have had horse once. Not sure. I was swilling beer at every meal in probably a mistaken attempt to kill any microbes from eating at some of these places.
Actually weirdest meal I had in China would probably be Hooters. Never thought I'd see that there.

When I was in China I had baby duck hearts and donkey kidney. The heart were good, the kidney... not so much.
I also has toad a flambé. That was weird.
... but alas, nothing that would put Mr. Zimmerman to shame. That dude's a freak!
