I had dinner next to the world's biggest biceps

He walked by the table and accidently knocked my Uncle's hat off the chair. His face looked familiar but then I saw his shape and recognized Greg Valentino. He's not as big as the pictures now, but he still looks like he has thighs attached to his shoulders.

I always reference this idiot when I try to explain to people why I can't stand fake boobies. To me, they are to real boobies what his "biceps" are to real arms. Disgusting!

He was the guy that was profiled in the docu "The man whose biceps exploded." Pretty bad stuff.

I always thought breast implants belong in a woman for starters, and second, on your chest.

But this guy's arms would be like the equivalent of a woman getting 72GGG implants.

No he was polite and soft spoken. He apologized and picked it up.

He was about 5' 5" high and about 3' wide, like He-man come to life.

"hardcore weightlifter"? There's nothing hardcore or weightlifting about Gregg Valentino. The man uses oil to expand his arm size. It's not muscle. And the man is hated in the lifting community.

Please tell me that any of you people aren't so stupid as to think that this is muscle when clearly it is not:

Anyways, that docu they did which featured him never actually stated he used oil. So I can see why some would be confused.

Another fool that everyone with more than 10 or 15 minutes of lifting experience laughs at:

Yes. The oil is not absorbed by the body and it remains inside the muscle fibers. He will not admit it, however.

The last time I heard anything about Greg Valentino was on a TLC show where videos of Valentino draining the abscess from his infected biceps were shown to dissuade some teenager from using steroids. Although the only problems Valentino suffered from steroids were legal in nature, it seemed to work.

Dieina, yes, they are idiots.

There are entire threads on message forums dedicated to ridiculing these clowns - the problem is they give the weight training/fitness/bodybuilding community such a bad name.

You see, most people (albeit it should be VERY obvious to anyone with a little knowledge of human anatomy and what a muscle is..) simply don't know it's not muscle.

The clown has nothing to do with weight training. Yes, oil is injected into the arms, simply adding size. Absolutely crazy, potentially lethal. Adds no real muscle size (which steroids will do during the period they're in your body) and no strength. It's just "water", puffy skin covering liquid.

Greg Valentino is probably the most hated man in the entire community since he gives the community such a bad name. The clown never even speaks about how he injects oil - not a mention.

Using him as a posterboy for the dangers of steroid use is ridiculous. There are plenty of other people to use for that - Not Greg Valentino, since oil is the problem here.
the fact that he is on a big cocktail of hormones as well is just..icing on the cake.
