It's legal in Australia? I tend to doubt that.
It's very illegal here without a prescription, and unless you have narcolepsy you probably won't be getting a prescription.

they are very very very mild, just a notch above caffeine pills to be honest but i find the effects are steady , that's why i like them. I don't get any sudden buzz, i just find later in the night i'm not as sleepy as i normally would be.

Isn't that just too-ra-loo-ra-too-ra-loo-rye aye much.
P.S. In response to the question, "What is the legal status of Dexys in the U.S.?"
At this moment, they mean everything.

If by "Dexy", you mean Dexedrine...it's a Schedule 2 (CII) prescription drug...meaning if you get caught with this without a prescription, you can be in deep shit. This is the most controlled, legal prescription drug class. Schedule 1 drugs are not legal to possess (i.e. heroin, marijuana). It's legally used for narcolepsy, and also ADHD in kids.
Dexedrine is an amphetamine (dextroamphetamine).

When I was in high school (back in the late 70's), they were called "cross tops". I knew this one girl who had them by the jarfull and sell them to her classmates.

well, Adderall and Ritalin and whatnot also container amphetamine salts or whatever and those are still regularly prescribed for ADD (even in adults). I've heard there are stimulant free ADD meds (which I think is a much better idea). Either way, I've had friends who've been prescribed all of the above for ADD. Whether they had ADD or even took the stuff for studying or whatever. Hell, I have a friend who is still prescribed Adderall and dude hasn't worked more than 3 months in his life.
