URGENT MATTER! Where can I buy a hip flask?

I see plenty of places online to buy a hip flask, but I need one by tonight, so I'd rather buy it at a local brick and mortar store. I was in Wegmans (a supermarket, not sure if it's a local chain or not) for other stuff this morning and they didn't have any. There was a Bed Bath & Beyond next door - no luck there either. So, I come to you, alcohol-loving otters, and ask for your help in this matter. Thank you kindly.

I bought one at a jeweler's for my brother while visiting England. You might try a jeweler here, they carry silver stuff. China and silver department in a big store might work, too.

If you have a Zgallerie around, they have some pretty cool ones in there.

Somehow I can't picture UncleGramps being "pretty in pink."

However, it didn't occur to me that you might be talking about a sporty flask rather than a fancy-schmancy one, UG. In that case, try a sporting goods store -- maybe they carry them.

Which hip are you gonna carry it on, Gramps?

The left, or the right?

One for each hip. You never know when you might need to do some serious sneaky drinking.

I did cross-dress one Halloween back in college, but those days are behind me as far as you know.

I did a Froogle search and most of the sporting goods stores had flasks, but with team logos. I'm not a big enough fan of any sports team to want a logo. Just a plain old stainless steel flask would be perfect.

Thanks for the suggestion, Scorcho, but it doesn't look like there's a Zgallerie anywhere near me.

Then you're back to the jeweler or jewelry department. I would really suggest it -- you just might find a dandy one.

Check if there is a tobbaconist/cigar shop in your area. You Might try an Army/Navy store.

Things Remembered stores, typically in malls, carry a handful of different types and styles of flasks.

Go to a liquor store - they sell flasks with booze in them already like Wild Turkey etc.

Can't beat it - get the flask and it is full already

I actually considered Things Remembered, but I guess I thought of them as only selling engraved items. But yeah, I guess I can just skip the engraving.

I can see you've never been to the Camden, NJ location.

Those are great Gramps!

In your searches, have you ever found a gun shaped one?

So, have you decided where you're gonna get one?

MAX??? IS THAT YOU???

Haven't seen a gun one yet, but I'm sure they're out there. I don't think I'd be comfortable putting the barrel of a gun in my mouth every time I want a drink.

As for my purchase, I've decided that since I turned my man card in long ago, I can get one at Things Remembered. This one looks nice. Simple and not too expensive. Thanks for the advice, everybody!

Edit: I should've known not to quote the great King of Edits without letting a few minutes pass! Yeah, I used to be MaxF (even though my name isn't Max), but I'm UncleGramps now (even though I'm not a grandfather {though I am an uncle}).

Edit 2: And now you re-edited your post so that my first edit doesn't make any sense. I submit to your editing prowess!
