Photochop Help Needed: Will Pay!!!

Hey guys, my friend who usually does my stuff for me has been on vacation and I need helping chopping a picture.

Above is the jpg I need chopped. I need to somehow seemlessly get the "World Tavern" taken off so I can insert my own writing on there. I need one jpg with the football colored as is and another with a regular brown pigskin color.

And lastly if I could get a higher res and bigger version of this that would be great. The current version is 175x50 or something I like. If I just enlarge it, the words and picture gets distorted.

I'll send paypal to somebody who can get me these two versions.

Thanks in advance.

Um, isn't this sort of the same line as copying a dvd? the whole copyright-stealing-someone-else's-work thing... ?

It's a local tavern which I don't think is even copyrighted or anything. Do you want me to change it and say if somebody could create me something similar?

Is there any part of the original picture you still want?

A local tavern that puts out a press release???

Anyway, what do you like about the logo? The silver trophy football? The text style? What do you want for your logo?

Everything but the local tavern part would work. It's whatever. I would appreciate the help and compensate anybody. A 500 x 250 or whatever it is would work.

The font will work. Is there any way to figure out that type of font?

Why are you asking for help in altering someone else's work? Why are you going to pay someone for it? I think we need to answer these questions before we proceed. Something doesn't smell right with this thread and I'm seriously considering locking it.
