Salmon and a lot of fish is not that healthy for you because of pollution. Like, you can't have fish every day, or something. Luckily, salmon is low in mercury compared to other fish.

My favorite salad at a restaurant is this: Baby spinach salad with candied spicy pecans, sundried cherries, maytag bleu cheese, red onion, tossed with a fig and walnut oil vinaigrette from Harry's Seafood Grill.

Health wise I'd have to say a mixed greens salad with raw nuts and fruits mixed in. I'd have to add some grilled chicken or tuna for added substance, and a good balsamic dressing.

Snack-wise CLIFBARS are my choice. I live on these things when snowboarding, camping, biking etc. Very filling and good ingredients.

The local burrito joint makes an excellent vegetarian chili and rice wrap (with salsa and veggies).
It's very low in fat, high in protein and fiber...and tastes great, of course.

Snack-wise, these are freakin' addictive. Taste just like Butterfingers.

Oh, and what is this "healthyness" nonsense?
Did you just have lunch with Will Smith?

There is nothing tastier than Roasted Broccoli. Yum!

Just toss the broccoli in olive oil with salt & pepper and pop in the oven for 20 minutes or so. It gets all crispy and delicious.

Green salad with spinach, thin red onions, grape tomatoes, crumbled bleu cheese and a splash of EVOO and lemon juice and a small amount of cooked salad shrimp.

Lightly grilled tuna on a bed of spinach and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar... Perfect mix of fat, protein, and carbos.

Market Enchiladas: Mix beans, a very small amount of cheese, red, green, and yellow bell peppers and put in tortilla.

Yum.

Doc Green's build-your-own spinach salad with parmesan, onions, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, corn, croutons, Athenian Greek dressing, and black pepper. It's worth driving almost 20 miles each way for.

Yeah, unfortunately that's true. Otherwise my answer would be sashimi: especially salmon, tuna and scallops. And don't skimp on the wasabi!

NAVEL ORANGES. The idea that something this good occurs in nature is almost enough to make you believe in god.

I love grilled lamb chops (medium rare), and I've heard that lamb is pretty healthy.

And I'm with peddy regarding a nice, bloody as hell steak. (and sushi is a close 2nd to sashimi for me)
