What's the deal with Coke w/Lime? I can't find it!

The grocery stores all sell Coke with Lime in multi-pack cans, but I can't find 20 ounce bottles in any gas station I go to! All I can find is DIET Coke with Lime! The Coke website says it's still one of their products, so what gives? Why don't gas/service stations sell Coke with Lime bottles? Is it still available wherever you are?

Yes, these are the questions on my mind when I should probably be in bed...but I'm not, so there.

Ok, ok...I'm going.

I find it tastes to much like a chemical.

I successfully lobbied the machine across the street to get rid of Coke Zero, as well.

They've got stacks of them at stores around me. Stuff doesn't look like it sells.

more than likely the owners of the local stores either couldn't sell it, or didn't want another form of coke on the shelf.

you might ask a local store owner to order a case...a lot of times if you ask the right people they will stock it with you in mind.

All the different flavors take up lots of shelf space. most retailers stick with the ones that sell the best before putting the slower sellers on their shelves. At the begining Coke/Pepsi offer special promotions to retailers to carry the new flavors. Once the promotional period ends they will not carry it on their shelves if it doesnt generate enough sales.

Frankly, the bazillion flavor permutations of Pepsi and Coke just make it more confusing to decide what I want. So I usually buy iced tea from the fountain instead.

I saw a ton of 20 oz bottles of Coke w/lime and Diet Coke w/lime at the grocery store last night. That stuff doesn't interest me.

Did you drink this before the ad in the magazine I saw today? It made me want to try it.

I love Coke and Lime, but the prepared product didn't do much for me. I was sadly disappointed and continue to just add real lime.
