who the hell calls starbucks?

im trying to get a hold of someone there to help me fix my card balance and ive been on hold for over 30 minutes. who else would be calling starbucks, damnit? ive been on hold for along time before but for stuff like visa or cingular or cox or something where TONS of people have reason to call...but starbucks?

and no, i dont think all the reps are on coffee break.

30 minutes - how much was the card balance off by?

I am not sure what is funnier

1. calling starbucks
2. having a card balance at starbucks to worry about
3. having the balance be off enough to be worth waiting 30 minuets for
4. starting a thread about calling starbucks

I can just picture the person on the phone ahead of you:

'Pardon me, but there seems to be too much latte in my caffe latte and not enough caffe, it has completely ruined my day. I don't know if I can go on. May I speak to the manager?'

i knew what grande and tall meant. didnt quite get the "joke".

btw; the card isnt even for me. ive acutally NEVER went to starbucks on my own to buy a drink since i do NOT drink coffee. i was doing it for my gf.
