I think she had a hard time grasping the concept of using a number only once.

That's not bad. Honestly, I think the poor girl just got flustered. (Although I have to ask -- $21,000 for that car? Really???)

But you're right -- college week is the best week ever.

Was there a time crunch or something? Hurry up or you'll lose your turn? I've got to chalk that one up to Bob being an antagonizing dick.

while it is a Ford, it's the V6 version. That's about right for the price of that car.

While there isn't a clock in the game, they do have a tight schedule to follow. That should've never taken more than a minute to complete that game.

How about $80 for a damn toaster. I think TPiR is more expensive than the old Wheel of Fortune prize packages were.

That was my favorite part of the Price is Right, when Bob gets angry at people.

I like how he sits down and just gives up.

At first I was thinking "Ok, well this isn't really that funny, and she doesn't seem that dumb" but then when she kept writing the 1 in the 9th frame, that was comedy gold.

Not sure I agree. People always ask the crowd for help etc on that show. And there were a lot of steps. I've never seen Bob hurry someone along like that. Now, granted it's been about 8 years since I watched the show but I used to a lot.

My guess is it's the last time they played that particular game. I can imagine one of their old lady contenstants easily taking the full 60 minutes to complete that game.

The show isn't live is it? If it's pre-recorded, they can edit the show for time anyway they see fit.

Yes, it is recorded, but if they can keep the show on schedule, then there is no need for editing. I've seen old ladies do that exact same one in half the time.

They tape more than one show a day. They need to keep on schedule to be able to set up for the second taping on time.
