Cashflow "Industry"

I always see these stupid infomercials at night. I assume they are a scam and not really feasible....but i'm curious to hear what people think about them. btw...i have no interest in their "programs", i'm just curious about why they have them.

While we're asking questions about scams, what's the deal with all those "Real Estate Investor seeks Apprentice" signs that have sprung up of late?

If I were to guess, it is a way to get a lackey to do all the crap work of cold calling, etc. without having to actually pay them much, if anything.

No no...read the signs: the "apprentice" can earn up to 20k a month!

Seriously, that would be my guess too. Still, Dave, if YOU ever need an apprentice...I'm your man.

My guess is they're looking for bird-dogs. If the apprentice gets paid 1% of the profits of the findings, and someone can profit $2MM in one month, then $20k is possible.

I hate that BASF commercial:

We don't make the products that you use, we make the products that you use.. better.

Who in the hell is their intended target audience?

I've always been good at flowing cash. Unfortunately, it's not as much as I'd like it to be.
