Where is the house in Mexico? Have they had a positive experience? Do they rent it, or live there, or vacation there?

In Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point). Other than the whole issue of having to set up a trust (Americans can't own real estate in Mexico according to their law), they've had no problems. They use it mainly for a vacation home several times per year.
