Has anyone used ReFiCarGuys.com?

I am looking to refinance my truck and try to lower my monthly payments. I have gotten a few things in the mail from reficarguys.com but haven't really looked too much at it, thinking that it was just junk mail. I recently got a letter in the mail from Associated Credit Union saying that they have partnered with reficarguys.com. So I thought I'd ask:

Has anyone had dealings with them? Are they any good? Is there any company out there that is better? My loan is currently with Ford Credit and I'm paying a whopping 18% interest.

I haven't heard about this outfit, but I'm trying to do the same thing -- not lower payments, but a better interest rate -- and so far the only company that's interested was RoadLoans.com, and they quoted me a HIGHER interest rate, for the same loan term as I originally got. Gee, thanks.
