BK or McD's Hash Browns? Which do you prefer?

I have a longstanding debate with some friends about this - a couple fruitcakes insist McDonald's greasy soft hash brown patties are better than BK's deliciously crispy hash brown pucks. Which do you prefer?

this is a two option poll...i don't need a bunch of "they both suck" posts....

I'm going to give you one anyway, they both suck. But if I have to choose one, I'll go with the BK.

Pick Puckler!

Actually I'm not a big fan of fast-food hash browns but wanted to be part of the fun.

I'll take BK tater tots over McD's greasy patty any day. The patty is so much smaller too, there is less potato. BK's taters are crispy. And you can dunk them in ranch.

Who cares, Burger King doesn't have the McHeaven. I mean McGriddle.

Jack in the Box has the best, the Supreme Croissant. Mmmmmm.

Sonic tater tots.. with chili and cheese.

I voted for BK hash browns, even though I don't eat there any more. It's too bad, because the food is good. But, the service is so bad, I just don't go there any more.

I really am. I had no idea those menu items existed nor can I fathom why people would eat them there.

The only time I tried to eat at either of those places before 10 or 11 am they told me they didn't have burgers available that early so I left.

Marginal threadcrap hidden for your protection...

Spoiler:
I've never eaten breakfast at a fast food place and really never want to. The pictures of the egg and sausage whatevers they offer look about as good to me as fried roadkill. But I'm not the normal FF consumer as I eat an average of probably two or three FF burgers per year, about the same as the number of sodas I drink.
