MySpace is offically ruining the world...

...or maybe just further proof of what MTV has already done.

Logged on MySpace and saw some random profile that comes up on that main menu. Got linked to http://www.myspace.com/whitegirl94

Here we have a "16 year old" (who looks 10) and her MySpace page. Playboy everywhere, rap lyrics, pimpin', hoein' etc. If you look at the name (whitegirl94) one could even argue she is 12. It isn't difficult to lie about your age on MySpace.

So is this country doomed? Is this next generation the downfall of mankind?

Fuck MTV.

Also, it seems very easy for any pedophile to have his pick of the litter, what with pre-teen girls posing in all their pictures and stuff.

Hopefully the MySpace creators have some morals and can do something about this.

Riiiiight. Because we all know that kids have been doing this for 100's of years. It's no different now that it was back then.

Ironic that you, a more *ahem* mature poster are circumspect and open minded about the youth of today, while some people half your age or younger are busy sounding like crotchecty old people.

I'm glad there wasn't an internet to record all the moronic things I said and thought when I was in my early teens.

Give kids a break.

I am really surprised by this thread. Usually the majority of people are waxing on about how society is ending. I guess that's the difference between divorce threads and bad teenager threads.

My Space is making the job of law enforcement tougher...but we're learning fast. I haven't had a case involving a website like MySpace yet, but its inevitable.

I hope you're kidding. If you're already a member of myspace, you know what's on there. Seeing someone young on there shouldn't make you freak out and curse the world. Little kids act and look like idiots without the aid of television stations. Pimpin' and hoein'? Blame Hustle & Flow while you're at it.

I was going to post the same quote numanoid did. I'm more worried about the atrocious spelling than the rap/mtv/lying of age thing.
