Anyone like snow and cold weather like me

I live in Chicago. It doesn't snow alot like in some places but we do get a few good snows. I really don't mind the cold and snow at all. It's so beautiful especially at Christmas time. If I had my choice to live anywhere in the world I would choose Chicago or some other place where the weather is like Chicago. Anybody here who likes the snow like me?

I don't mind snow but I hate the cold right now. The past couple of days it has been in around -20C (around -4F) but the wind chill drops it down to about -34C (-29F).

No, cold weather blows. You wouldn't like it if you had to work outside.

I live in Minnesota and I love the snow, personally. Most everyone I know here doesn't feel the same way as me though... Freezing cold weather blows, but 30ish and snow... perfect.

I used to like the cold and snow when I was in school because sometimes it meant a day off. I don't really like it anymore. I like being able to go outside in t-shirt and shorts and just relax in the fresh air. Plus you don't have the heating costs in the summer.

One thing I do enjoy in the winter though is snowmobiling. Now that's fun.

I like this winter. We had above average temps all during January and now just a small cold spell this Feb, which is good because it will kill off the bugs before the spring begins. But over all, I could live without it. Snow I don't mind as much as ice storms.

I like the cold and snow. For one, I spend a fortune on cooling my apt during the summer to sleep. For two, I have a hard time snowboarding in 85 degree weather. This winter has been great as far as the mountains are concerned. Denver itself hasn't seen a whole lot of snow. It has been right around 0 degrees lately, though.

I haven't shoveled snow since I moved to Albuquerque. I love that!
I can ride my motorcycle in January!
Nobody has a car with salt damage!

All I want is a couple of weeks of below freezing weather to kill the insects. Then back to sunshine.

I love the cold and snow. As someone said above...30 and snow is just lovely. The Windy 5 degree with -15 wind chill is crap...but hey, it's better than 95 with 95% humidity...

I love a good snow, we got one this morning that was probably the most we have gotten in a while. It snowed Saturday morning and left us about 2-3 inches, melted yesterday and then snowed another 3-4 inches last night-this morning. It will probably be gone by Wednesday. After so long, though, I ache for spring (about March or so).

I'm from Alaska, now living in NYC (with a stop in Minnesota). I love cold weather and it doesn't slow me down or affect my enjoyment of being outside. In fact, it makes it better because most of the idiots (especially loud children and teens!) are driven inside, where I wish they'd remain!

Hate the cold. I would rather sweat my ass off in the summer than freeze my ass like right now
