For The Parents Of this Forum

Protect your kids

http://www.familywatchdog.us/

Sorry but the dateline thing is still on my mind. I did a search of my immediate area and was surprised how many dirt bags are around.

Tips to stay safe

Parents

Always know where your children are.
Put your children's emergency identification (name, address, phone number) on their clothes.
Teach your children your home phone number and to how call 911 if there is an emergency.
Agree on a specific time when children must return home.
Contact law enforcement authorities immediately if there is any suspicious or unlawful activity.
Purchase and watch The Safe Side video with your children.

Children

Always tell your parents where you are going.
Never enter any home without getting your parent's permission first.
Never get into any vehicle, unless your parents know and have said it's OK.
Always wear reflective clothing at night.
Never approach any house that is not well lit.
Remember anything weird that an adult says or does to you and tell your parents immediately.
Run away from people who offer you candy or other treats or want you to help look for their puppy or kitten.
Scream, run and fight if anyone tries to grab you or make you to go with them.
Don't play in areas that you are unfamiliar with.
Stay on well-lit streets and always use the sidewalk. If there is no sidewalk, always walk facing traffic.

This forum has parents? Well then, someone should tell them what goes on here. It would be grounded for at least a month.

I guess I should stop shoving my kids out the door at 9:00 PM and telling them not to come home until they've earned at least $100?

I'd like to see a child over 12 or 13 that abides by these rules.

Yet another "your kids are AT RISK" scare tactic. There are entire industries based around making parents feel that their kids are going to be abducted/horribly tortured and/or drop dead at any second. I'm sick of this type of stuff.

Meh, I just had them implant a GPS tracking chip in each of my kids. Then I don't have to worry so much.

The government has been doing this to us for 30 years. The sad thing is that the kidnappers know this. There's a reason that most abductess are found with an incision on the left side of their skull, though it goes largely unreported. Either than or I've watched too many movies and have become paranoid of the government. It's probably just aliens that did it.

Your kids are so stupid. I made them lick my dog's butt for a dollar. (Jules laughs at Bandoman's kids.)

Ms. Winfield - you show up here once every two months just to mock me. You're still in love with me, aren't you?

Wow, that's twice as often as when we were together. If you're here to ask me about the child support payments, don't bother. You know I lost my job after my left foot was cut off in the press brake accident.

Well, you could make money as a freak in the freak show at the circus, couldn't you? I guess you could've done that before you had the accident. Oh, No I didn't!!!!!

Never scare your kids with a prank. If you do, you are Hitler and they should be taken from you by the state.

No mapable dataUnfortunately, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont do not currently provide addresses for registered sex offenders. Consequently, we are unable to provide adequate or meaningful information about sex offenders located in these states. We will add functionality that will allow searches by name and city in the future.

We suggest that you contact your state senators and representatives and ask them why you cannot have access to critical information you need to protect your loved ones. Tell them that you want the same registered sex offender location information that is available to your neighbors in surrounding states.

We will continue to monitor these four states. When they begin publicizing offender address information we will provide it to Family Watchdog visitors.
