What to do in Corona California?

I'm heading out to the home office for a week. I know my friends from the office have a few nights planned, and of course I'll be hitting In and Out after reading about it in so many threads. Any special Do Not Miss places?

In Corona? Pfft. That place sucks. Not much to do there at all. You're close to Orange County and also Riverside, so go there

From what I remember from driving through it many times, it has a small-town feel. If you're looking for BIG fun, like nickdawgy said, go elsewhere.

btw, where are you traveling from?

They don't have Corona beer factory there!

There's not much to do there... it's full of farm, houses, and cows. There's paintball fields in Corona and Norco area.

Better yet, visit Orange County where there's LOT of stuffs to do.

I work in upstate NY, have worked in NYC. I generally like it a little quieter than NYC. Paintball is always something I wanted to do, so that's a possibility

Thanks, I'll ask about the Corona beer plant and look like a real rube to the home office guys.

corona is more so a sub-burb...

In N Out has lost its touch since it's a big chain now... not as scarce as before, but I still encourage to try it.

you might be better off hitting places like fullerton, hacienda heights, diamond bar. it's approx 15-20 mins away from Corona.

Fullerton? Diamond Bar? Hacienda Heights? There's less to do there than in Corona. (Unless you plan on visiting Snoop Dog. He lives in Diamond Bar).

Like someone mentioned upthread, Corona is smalltown-ish...more a bedroom community for people that work in the Inland Empire and Orange County.

If you do have free time, I'd HIGHLY recommend a trip to the beaches in OC, like Newport. Not that bad a drive and a great place to hang out...plenty of bars, restaurants and the ocean.

Or you could always to Palm Springs, which isn't that far in the opposite direction. Good golf and plenty of casinos out that way.

Not that a person could go take a tour or anything (or that they'd want to), but doesn't Fender Guitars have a factory in Corona, CA?

We always go to a superb paintball place there:

It's huge and they have different terrain for different wars: Korea, Afghanistan, Vietnam, etc.
