No need to eat alone. I'm sure there's a hooker who would love to share a sloppy joe or two with ya.

I went diving with my ex girlfriend this morning. We didn't catch any lobsters, so I'll be home alone, eating pizza and watching DVDs.

Getting together with friends we're having: Ham, this cheezy country style potato concoction called "Funeral Potatoes", beans, Jell-O, fruit salad, rolls, and other stuff.

Last night at my cousin's we had spiral ham, new potatoes, corn, rolls, Sparkling Apple Juice, cookies, candy, etc.

We have Christas Breakfast at my parents house on Christmas Day, and Christmas Dinner/my birthday party on the 29th. Yeah, we're weird.
Anyway we always have:
Christmas Breakfast: Mickey Mouse shaped waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and egg nog.
Christmas Dinner: Either ham or turkey (gonna be ham this year), mashed regular potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, gravy, corn souffle, homemade rolls, a salad, and whatever else anyone brings. Then we have about 10 things to chose from for dessert.

Had a big breakfast at my parents' place where the family hooked up this year.. upon arriving home a neighbor family greeted me with a plate of their Christmas dinner, of which the only thing I was sure of was the rice. There was some sort of meat/steak thing, some vegitable thing that I think included potatoes, and a separate dish of something made with cod fish which was extremely salty! It was strange but good, and I thanked them for their generosity. Merry *buurp Christmas!

Ten bucks says that was lutefisk:
Lutefisk is made from air-dried whitefish (normally cod), prepared with lye...
I spent Christmas with my brother and his wife several years ago, and her family served it at Christmas... so now I can say it definitely DOES taste as bad as it sounds...

This year, the family meal was a nice, normal dinner of ham, potatoes, asparagus (yummmmmm), salad, rolls, cranberry sauce, and pie. Best thing is, I didn't have to cook a darn thing!
