Must be a slow news day over at Forbes...
And where has Santa's net worth ever been described as "infinity"? He's got cheap land (the North Pole - hardly prime real estate) that is certainly paid for by now, he really only works one day a year, and he has enslaved a race of handy elves to build toys. |
Nah, it was a slow day two weeks ago.

Must be a bitch for Santa's accountant to do his balance sheet. |

Let's see:
1. Rod McBan leveraged sheep futures and bought the Earth, which was the financial and government center of Humanity (sort of like buying both NYC and DC today) 2. Princess Leia inherited the assets of 2 billion people who were killed on Alderaan |

[ubergeek]I sense a bit of DC Comic bias: Tony Stark is Marvel's resident billionaire and he gets no mention?[/ubergeek] -ohbfrank-
 |
Why was Santa born in 354 A.D.?
And were children before then in Christmas limbo? |

What about that dude from Contact?
|
Santa clause infinite wealth is BS anyway. His money is completely tied to his slave labor. You get rid of the elves and what does he have? Some flying reindeer?
|
Mr. Burns was doing a lot better until he gave his trillion dollar bill to Fidel Castro, and he wouldn't give it back.
|
I'm going against the Santa thing.
Economics 101 says that you need Land - North pole (inhospitable environment) Labor - A race of elves (kept in the dark that a world outside of the north pole exists) Capital - ??? (he must have some source or revenue to purchase supplies to make the toys) The only thing I can think of is that Santa steals from peoples homes to raise the capital he needs. By no means is he independently wealthy or #1 for that matter. He has no revenue stream. Make toys give them away Profit Tell me in this example above where do I put the ??? Exactly!! Flawed Business Model |
