Hydraulic noises for robot street performers?

Heyo,

As can be guessed by my thread title, I want to know how I'd type the hydraulic noise robot street performers make when they do their movements. I know exactly how to make the noise, but no clue how to type the buzzy hydraulic noise they make!

They keep a toy whistle in their mouths. It's the kind that have a rotating fan in them to sound like an air siren when blown hard. They look kinds like this:
