Executive level recruiting - What are some of the perks?

I'm interested to know what are some of the perks executive level positions could get in their full package.

I'm thinking along the lines of the following:
  • Stock options
  • Company Car
  • Corporate housing
  • Profit sharing
  • Annual bonus
  • Relocation package
  • Health benefits

What else? Thanks

Agreed. A large company executive could not only expect a company car, but a driver. A small business would probably not even provide a car, unless it is an integral part of the job.

and how valuable they realize you are to them. Even a small company. Some of those bene's are tax deductible to the company and generally not taxable to the recipient so it can be a win-win situation.

You can get most all of those from a company under the right circumstances.

You could also get use of the company jet for personal use, season tickets to your favorite sports team, paid retreats (beyond the paid vacation, but they would pay for the spas and massages at a resort), per diem, fly back privilages (if you work in a different city than you live).

For a good example of large company executive perks, read the last 10k of GE before Jack Welsh retired. (So that would be a Y00 10k). His perks went into retirement -- so he had a corporate condo in NYC, use of the jets, Red Sox tickets ... as a retired employee.

I can speak of having received many of those benefits while working for a small company. Of the list...

Stock options (of course)
Company Car (they more than paid for me to lease my own car)
Corporate housing (no need, some people at higher levels did)
Profit sharing (nope)
Annual bonus (15% of salary for decent performance)
Relocation package (no need, some people did)
Health benefits (full)

In addition, company paid membership to a health club and fairly regular tickets to sporting events.
