If you had a hand amputated...

what attachment would you go for as a replacement. would you go for a straight forward hook, or something else?

Ack, the opposite with me... rather attached to my left hand tis the dominant one you know. Ambidextrous to a large extent but writing with my right quite rarely feels right or results as right as with my left hand.

Hrm, to the original question Rockman's hand would not be a bad replacement fully fuctional, powerful blaster, and able to copy powers of other special hands. Why that sounds even better than a normal hand... now to steal a loaf of bread.

A nice, realistic prosthetic hand would be fun. I saw someone with one once. It looked convincing, until she dropped it at the cash register as payment.

I'd go for the transplanted hand of a recently executed serial killer option.

If I ended up with Winona Ryder it would be worth it.
