Cafeful about assumptions though.. An HRC sticker does not a gay make. He could be heterosexual and support equal rights for gays and lesbians.
Now, if you see rainbow pride stickers, then yes. He would then be proclaming that he is gay.
I've seen cars with families in them with HRC stickers on them. Showing support for most likely a family member or friend.

With your member name, I would assume you would know it has to do with the Human Fund

A coworker of mine had that sticker at her workstation. I remember seeing it when I first got the job and wondering if it meant she was a lesbian. Unfortunately, I found out it just mean "equal rights".

It commonly does mean you're a gay, or that you support "equal rights" --- it's basically the new version of the rainbow flag.

(I guess)

Maybe he's just a big fan of equals signs, or prefers to sink the number 11 ball - sideways - first when playing pool?

Maybe it's a failed screen shot from the first Pong in color.

Well, yes, though I'd say that 95% of the people who have that on their car are homosexual (or transgender). And 100% of the men who leave their wife for another man and have this on their car are homosexual.
