What would you do here?

Wondering what you guys would do here. Should I lay this down, call, or re-raise all in. Like to see what you guys think and how you would have played it.

I think he had an Ace with a good kicker, and he was trying to bully you out, thinking you were in on a flush draw. I'd reraise there and see where I stood. Of course that depends alot on the table. If guys were playing shit hands like 24 and 35, it would make me think a little more about it.

You reraise. The only hand that beats you right now is AA, and with no preflop raise, he shouldn't have that. If he does, you take your lumps.

My instinct would be that he's got ace-rag or a club draw. Possibly both. You want to make him pay either way.

You're posting this here, so obviously it's going to be something special. He slowplayed aces and you're looking for validation that others woulda lost money on the hand as well, or something like that. These posts never end with, "yeah, he had a flush draw and missed, so I got the pot."

So here it is. Others woulda lost money on the hand.

As Deftones pointed out, 53 has him beat here too, although ordinarily that would be a pretty unlikely hand to see here (and not one I'd think you'd want to be making a huge raise with to drive everyone out).

Here is the rest of the hand. I re-raised him all in. I was pretty confident that he didn't have AA or 35. I put him on Ax (high kicker) or 2 clubs. From what I remember of this player, I don't really remember him being a maniac so I wasn't sure what to think. At this point, I liked my set of 4's. I scooped in a pretty good pot from a $.10/$.25 game. Looking back in retrospect, I still wonder why I went all in, I think it was lack of sleep and the possibility of doubling my stack.

5 3 also beats him for the straight at that point.

The hands you see here most are Aces up (unlikely because you hold 2 of the 4s), Aces/decent kicker (most likely), or a flush draw on a semibluff (donkeys make this play). You made the right play.

Agreed. I would have been 99% certain I had the best hand here. I'm sure he had AJ-AK or an A and missed a flush draw.

EDIT - Just saw he mucked AT. Was pretty close .
