Marion Downs? I thought that was a horse track in Illinois.

I like it well enough. The design is professional, classy, and clean. I would darken the blue in the rings just a bit to cut down on the feminine feel that people are getting. I would also darken and/or slightly thicken the "Hearing Center" so it stands out better against the rings (they blend just a bit at the point of overlap . . . could make it hard to read).

As for the "overused arcs" problem, it is true that it's overused, but, at least, in this case, the arcs actually fit the logo since they represent sound waves (accurately so, I think . . . at least to the point that I made the connection when I saw it). In many of the other arc logos, the arcs are just there as a stylistic element, rather than actually relating to the company that the logo represents.
