Anything still sell consistently on ebay anymore?

Besides selling off your old junk, does anyone have any general tips to making extra $200 a month? How about if I learned some type of craft/tradeskill? Pottery, woodworking, etc? Homemade stuff seems to be in great abundance and not many bids though from what I can tell. If you ask me that sums up everything on ebay lately, people just selling assets they've owned for ages. Maybe I should be looking at other internet options but I have no clue where start. I borrowed value against my life insurance policy decade ago to pay off some medical bills and I notice its about kill my policy now. I'd hate to deprive my sister of 100k and there no way any company with any sense would issue me new policy

I used to make more when I had my girlfriend help me at home but Ive made thousands on Ebay. The trick is to:

1. Get a large quantity of something people collect (legos sell for big bucks)
2. Add value to something simple and sell it
3. Sell something you make--the key is cleverness and maybe a bit subversive (think hot topic kitchy junk--nobody buys borring stuff)
4. Market your thing so its different than other peoples stuff
