What do you like to eat that is basically unhealthy?

In reading this thread on the new BK sandwich, I thought I'd share my latest tastes great, bad for you food.

The other day, I grabbed a flour tortilla, spread cream cheese on it, and put on 2 slices of salami. Grubbbb.

Did it 3 times in the last week, until I ran out of salami.

What do you like to eat that's really bad for you?

I think there are more acidic foods that are unhealthy than basic ones.

What do I eat that IS healthy would be a better question. I'm only 137 lbs but i'll probably drop dead of heart disease next week.

Tonight for dinner I had Cheetos and Bean dip.

What I'm eating right now.. FART DIP!!

1 can refried beans
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 can salsa
1 can cheap chili (tonight, I didn't have chili, but I did have leftover taco meat)

Nuke until molten (about 5-7 min)
Eat with tortilla chips

Stay away from others for the next 2-6 hours.

Fast Food is my undoing. Burgers and Fries primarily

For me it's just so much easier to hit the drive thru than it is to cook a meal.

I try to avoid fast food because I feel bad when I eat it. It's just as easy to drop by the supermarket, pick up pre-cooked chicken, some spinach and vegetables from the salad bar, blue cheese, and figs and make myself a kick-ass salad.

But when I do have to do fast food, I usually get only one burger, and the smallest they have (McDonald's cheeseburger, BK Whopper Jr, etc.) so I don't do too much damage.

Now pastries on the other hand...

I am starting to cut those out as much as possible because of the Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, which is like glue for your arteries.

Same here, I love fast food.

Potato chips are also a weakness of mine. I can't even buy them anymore because I glom the whole bag at once.

Pizza is the perfect food! Bread with vegetables, meat and cheese. Just because most people pick extra greasy, salty meats, and fatty cheese, doesn't make pizza bad for you.

I have much love for the Sausage McMuffin. It is probably one of the worst things to eat for breakfast, but they are soooooo yummy. Another one would have to be Bratwurst Patties. I am sure they are about 95% fat, but damn they are good.

Not solid food, but soda will forever be my undoing. I can't get off it and damn it, I don't want to. I have lost weight since starting to work out and I know if I cut soda out, I will probably lose about 10 more pounds pretty easily, but I just don't want to. I'll live.

Chinese food is my weak spot. I mean the completely unhealthy take out kind. I could eat it for every meal of every day, but my body thanks me for not.

Everything is so processed these days you're better off not thinking about it.

It's not what I eat, it's when I eat it. I'm trying to cut out the "after 9:00 pm" snacks, but it's tough when you don't eat breakfast (I can't eat much in the morning, even if I'm hungry...don't know why). As far as the actual food goes, I probably take in a lot more salt than I need to (lunch meat, canned food, etc).

I'm eating a Sausage McMuffin right now. It may be crap, but it is truly delicious.
