COPS - Star Wars style

Yes I searched, didn't find this, although I'm sure it's probably been posted here before (I've never seen it). It's Star Wars related, but since it's a spoof, I thought it could go in this forum instead of the Star Wars forum:

http://www.gankedhoobage.com/movieclips/troops.mov

EDIT: YES, I REALIZE THIS IS OLD!!!!!!

Smartasses.

Holy cow that's old. I think I might have seen that at an underground film festival in the 90's!

Still, it's well-done.

Yeah, that pre-dates the Special Editions. It's pretty cool.

I've even got it on DVD someplace.

It was also on the first (or one of the first DVDs included in TOTAL MOVIE magazine) I'm probably one of the few who still owns the 40 free movie set.

Yea me too. It came out on DVD in the now-OOP Total Movie magazine years ago. With directors commentary even lol. Still a really funny parody!

Yeah, me too. It was included on a DVD that came free with a magazine (along with a bunch of trailers and stuff). I think it was Total Movie Magazine? (probably a collectors item now)

EDIT: Dammit, too slow

I figured it was old - I'd just never seen it. So did they recreate everything from scratch? Effects looked pretty decent. That Uncle Owen has a foul mouth, too.

I seem to recall this was given away with TOTAL MOVIE magazine. Can anyone confirm?
