190-195. I'd like to be less than 170. I weighed 135 when I graduated high school...

140lbs. Trying hard to gain weight in the form of lean muscle mass can be slooooooowww going for someone with a high metabolism. I'm not complaining though, I'm grateful that I don't have difficulty losing weight instead.

I also weighed ~135 when I finished HS. Now, I weigh about 173 (down from a high of 185). My goal is 160 lbs.

6 foot, 220.

Nodoubt's 205 goal sounds about right for my frame as well. Or 220 but more % muscle. (Got a bit of the middle age gut working.)

5'8", 200 lbs. My lowest weight (at this height, of course) was 175 in college when I took a few semesters of judo...I'd like to drop to about 180, though.

5'10" - Scale said 156 this morning. My "ideal weight" is somewhere between 155 and 160, so I'm good. This week.

About 135. I still have 5 pounds left of my pregnancy weight to lose. But I am down 50 pounds from what I was a year ago (I gained 55 total while pregnant.)

I probably won't lose the last 5 pounds until after my son weans, but right now I am enjoying having a D cup for the first time of my life.
