Can someone please lookup who this toll free number belongs to?

Two days in a row now, I've gotten a call on my cell phone from 877-623-6876. I run to get it, too late. They won't leave a message, and when I call back, they hang up.

On the display it puts a + sign before the number, if this means anything. I've used three or four services to try to find out who it is, can't find a thing...

Not a lot of people have my cell number so I'm wondering what the heck?

HELP!

I talked to them, and they told me that you enherited 781 million dollars from some long lost uncle in Nigeria. If you send them $500 to cover shipping, they can mail you the cash ASAP!

An 877 number is the same as a 800 or 888 number, usually assigned to a business, so it is probably a solicitation.

I'm sure they want to sell you something.

If it's important they'll leave a message.

I guess it's nothing important, but it just bugs me when I don't know who is calling me. I've had the number for 5 years so I guess it is out there on a few lists, I've used it a couple of times when I buy stuff online and don't want to give my home #.

I know it's not a credit company, I don't have a credit card... Maybe they'll call again Monday. I'll yell at them if they do.

I just called the number, and some said "thank you for calling the fund-raising number of the junior police academy". Does this sound familiar?

We have been getting recorded political messages lately. At least telemarketers you could give a raspberry.
