Photoshop assistance needed

I'm photoshop illiterate & need some help!

I need the following photo of the beach cropped & photoshopped.

I need it to be 706 x 182 pixels, in jpeg format (non progressive image).

Here's the photo (royalty free) that I need resized/photoshopped:

This would be PERFECT if the palm trees & shadows were not there. Just beach, water and sky/clouds. I was thinking that it could be cropped right above the palm tree shadow and still show the beach well. I assume that the tough part would be removing the palm tree completely and keeping the photo looking correct while retaining the clouds.

Is it possible to Photoshop this as I want? I will send some $$$ via PayPal to get it done right.

I can discuss via E-mail & send the photo if need be.

I hope the power of the otters can assist!

706x182 would be this size if you just scale the width down. Minus the palm which would take about 15 minutes to do.

Of course that is the whole image. That is such an odd size request. Is it for a banner ad?

Did you try looking through SXC to see if there was a better image?

No, I had not. I was concerned about copywrited images & did not really search because I did not want to infringe. Don't have a ton of $$$ to do this site with. Nice link though. I registered and read that the images are free to use!

I do like the colors of the photo I posted a link to. It is a microsoft office clipart image.

It's for my web site. I bought a FrontPage template and the image is to replace the default one included. It's the top image on the page.

Thanks for the help! Hopefully, I can get the image without the trees.
