I Come To The DVDTalk In An Hour Of Need...Cigar Lovers, HELP!

I implore you to use your combined might and knowledge to help me.

The best cigar, I mean, the BEST cigar I've ever had was called "Don Melo: Numero 2". (Editor's note - It was a Numero 2, NOT a Centurion, or whatever) I was in Honduras and I tried one of the local brands. Man, it was so damn awesome. So, now, I finally found the name of it online.

The problem, naturally, is that now I cannot find a place to buy it. The questions plague my mind: Do they not make it anymore? Is it really rare and hard to find? PLEASE help! I would like a place to buy it online, of course, but if that's not possible let me know. Please assist me in any way you can.

Thanks everybody!

Of all my resources, I'm positive DVDTalk is the most powerful.

I've heard of the Don Melo, I think it is a Felipe Gregorio line. I can't find the Number 2 online anywhere though. You might contact the distributor and find out more though.

Hmm, further research indicates Don Melo is now carried by Altadis and now the line is the Centenario line that you're not interested in. Altadis might have more info on the manufacturer than Felipe Gregorio as they don't carry Don Melo anymore. But I'm not telling you anything that Google hasn't already I'm guessing.

You might also contact these guys as they likely will have the scoop on the Number 2.

Here's what the label looks like:

And this is about the only place I saw anything of substance on it:

Do you know where I can still get boxes of this? CheapBastid, you're faster than Yahoo. Thanks.

Check the links in my last two posts. One had pricing, the other indicated the owners brother runs the factory. Check with those two as they are the best leads I can come up with.
