Cheetos and Cheese puffs are best served stale...who's with me?

I buy a bag, I open it, and I let it set for a few days. By then half of them are gone because the infidel will still the cheese puff of another, but still, half a bag of stale cheese puff is better than a full bag of fresh. Agree or disagree?

I totally agree with you. When I put them away I leave the bag open so they become stale. Everyone thinks i'm crazy but it really does improve the taste.

I couldn't disagree more. Unless maybe you said that Chex mix is better without the peanuts anyway.

So, do those Wasabi Funyuns really suck or what? I'm just guessin'.

Nope. Fresh is better.

However, I like "old" taco bell tacos -- ones that have been sitting out long enough that the grease makes the hardshells soggy.

wow, i really thought i was the only freak out there in the world. i prefer stale, generic cheeze curls to anything else. yummy orange fake cheesy spongey goodness squishing in my mouth. everyone thinks im nuts. my college roommate used to always close my cheez curlz bag for me, thinking i forgot to close it. i finally had to explain i was doing that on purpose.

And now brains and beauty are on the side of stale puffs, where there was only my beauty before.

Now what say you infidels?

If you support spongey and stale, you support terrorism.

Damn infidels. Can't live with them, can't blow them up. Wait, that's not how that goes.

stale chips? I'd rather drink chunky milk that's been sitting around for 6 months.

I had a room-mate that ate stale cheese puffs all the time. He would also use a fork so his fingers wouldn't turn orange. Come to think of it he was probably home schooled.

Never tried crunchy Cheetos that way, but I do prefer to stale up both Oreos and 'Nilla Wafers.

I like letting my Frosted Flakes sit in the milk for a while. They taste better soggy.

how you doin?

thankfully i live in houston where the humidity is 90% year round. the extra water vapor allows things to get stale much faster and speeds up the time to edible yummy-ness.
