Just curious. My brothers friend is in Iraq and has a blog up and running...it looks like it will be pretty good.

my friends have blogs on xanga but can't access them on the network over there. one has posted a couple of times by getting on the British network

A personal favorite of mine I just found is www.avengerredsix.blogspot.com -- a Army lieutenant with an American first name and an Indian last name (just like me ) who is a "tanker" and was involved with the Battle of Fallujah. Very detailed descriptions of events. Good mix of military "action" and the "grab-ass" horsing around that goes on between soldiers.

It almost pisses me off that I come all the way over here and my life isn't interesting enough to blog about. But really, I count my lucky stars that I lead a boring life over here... things are almost as good as can be.

hey mike--glad to hear life is boring for oyu over there--keeps you safe. my attending right now was a big wig army guy--ww II, vietnam, gulf war. his wife and office do a lot to support the troops. if ouy know of somoene over there who doesnt get much mail or support/packages from home, let me know and we'll send them some good stuff! stay safe and in one piece--we're counting down the dys till everyone can come home!
