restaurant recipes

anyone know of a website that has the recipes used in some restaurants? i know there used to be a few out there that were pretty good. google gave me a few but still no luck in finding what i want.

there is a chain of restaurants here--amazon grill, churrascos, and one other (not sure the name). they have tois light green, creamy cilantro dressing/salsa stuff that is phenomenal. wanted to try that out but i wouldnt even have a clue what to begin with.

I think I know what sauce you're talking about. I've been looking for it myself. If I find it I'll post something.

Ok, YUM! That sounds wonderful.

I'm sure you've already thought of this but have you tried a google search? Or calling the restaurants to see if they give out recipes?

If you find anything out, please let me know because that sounds really yummy.

nope, but i did work at casa ole and our green sauce was pretty damn tasty--maybe i will try to make that one day. this stuff has cilantro in it. tried googling amazon grill, churrascos, and cilantro dressing recipe. no luck when i get more time, i'll search thru a bunch of recipes sites i have and if i get it, i'll share here.
